Counsel, Head of Employment

Éva Bognár, counsel, is the head of the Employment and Labour Law practice and collaborates closely with the Corporate department. With over 20 years of experience in the international legal profession, she is a highly regarded expert, recognised by Chambers Europe and The Legal 500.

Éva advises on the full spectrum of employment law, including restructuring and redundancy programmes, SE transformation projects, negotiations with works councils, outsourcing, senior executive contracts and dismissals, and employment litigation. She also has significant experience in cross-border M&A, complex deal structuring, multi-jurisdictional project coordination, joint ventures, corporate governance, and company reorganizations.

She studied business law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and she also holds a postgraduate degree in EU law.

Besides her native Hungarian, Éva speaks fluent English and German.
