Adrienn Mándoki is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution team, specializing in restructuring, insolvency, and competition law.

Since joining in 2016, she has gained extensive experience representing both creditors and debtors across a wide range of distressed situations in Hungary and the CEE region. Adrienn has played a key role in some of Hungary’s largest liquidation proceedings and has significant expertise in advising on the acquisition and management of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.

In addition to restructuring and insolvency, she handles competition regulatory matters such as merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, and unfair commercial practices. Adrienn’s work often focuses on helping clients prevent or manage financial distress through early intervention, strategic dispute resolution, and legal structuring.
