Attila Ungár is a founding partner with over 25 years of experience at the firm and its predecessor. He spent 2000–2001 at Clifford Chance’s London office.

Attila leads the highly regarded and continuously expanding Real Estate practice group, which has become a market leader recognised by all major legal directories. Under his leadership, the team has received multiple awards, including the CIJ Real Estate Awards’ “Law Firm of the Year” (2016, 2023) and the Europaproperty “Law Firm of the Year” (2017, 2018). The team also acts as the exclusive legal advisor to the Municipality of Budapest at the Munich Expo Real.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Attila has extensive experience in M&A, corporate, and regulatory matters, making him a well-known figure in both the Hungarian and European real estate markets.
