Position

Mark is a partner and leads our interactive entertainment practice.

He is recognised as a leader in the fields of interactive entertainment, the internet, e-commerce and publishing and is considered one of the country’s leading practitioners in video games law and the law of publishing.

Mark also specialises in corporate, commercial and copyright work for clients in the media, arts and technology industries. Mark’s clients are wide ranging from working with major international organisations and businesses, to smaller and growing startups, advising at every stage of the business.

Mark is ranked as a Band 1 lawyer in the Chambers UK guide for interactive entertainment, and is in The Legal 500 “Hall of Fame” for video games. Mark is also on the advisory board of Games London and The London Games Festival, is a non-executive director for the Neon Group and is a trustee of various charities.
