Frano is a junior partner at MPRR, with +10 years of experience in the fields of Banking, Finance and Capital Markets. He has a profound expertise in the respective practice areas, and in particular with regard to complex loans and bond issuance transactions. Moreover, he has also specialised in insolvency and restructuring, as well as in NPL transactions, debt recovery, and other areas. Frano is an expert in capital markets transactions and is providing legal advice in a number of major banking and financing projects in Republic of Croatia. He has vast experience and special expertise in regulatory matters and commercial law relations, in particular in matters related to the banking sector and relations with regulatory authorities.
