Partner and Head of the Finance Department, William Smithson is highly regarded within the corporate finance, banking, capital markets and real estate sectors. He advises investment banks and companies on a wide variety of finance matters, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other related work.

With more than 25 years of experience, William has extensive knowledge of the asian market due to his experience of working in Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore. William is the Head of the Asia Desk at SRS.
