Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Department, Nuno advises major multinationals, Portuguese companies and private equities on corporate, M&A and commercial matters. He has advised many Portuguese corporations on their foreign investments, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of joint ventures with local partners in various countries. Nuno has advised Portuguese and foreign clients on various privatisations of Portuguese companies.

He is the co-Head of the Angola Desk of SRS. With over 20 years of experience, Nuno has been active in dealing with foreign investment in various countries, with a particular focus on Africa (in particular Angola), Spain and Latin America.
