Partner in the Administrative and Environment Law Department. With over 25 years of experience in Administrative Law, with a particular focus on administrative litigation, public procurement law and projects and concessions, working with both public entities and private companies.

He also has significant experience in arbitration proceedings, in which he has participated both as an arbitrator and as a representative of one of the parties to the dispute.

He is the author of several publications and scientific articles in the field of public law and administrative law, as well as a speaker at numerous congresses and conferences.
