SRS’ Consultant with 35 years of experience, Gabriela Rodrigues Martins has in-depth knowledge of corporate, commercial and M&A, capital markets, contract law, public procurement, private equity and privatisations.

She has professional experience in Portugal and Brazil and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association in both countries. Gabriela was a founding partner of AAA Advogados, which later merged with SRS.
