SRS’ consultant with over 40 years of experience, Dulce Franco has in-depth knowledge of corporate, commercial and M&A and contract law, specialising in investment and private equity.

She was Assistant Secretary of State to the Portuguese Minister of Economy in the XV Constitutional Government and a founding partner of AAA Advogados, which later merged with SRS.

Dulce is a member of the International Bar Association, of the Portuguese Delegation to the International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Commercial Law and Practices, of the Panel of Arbitrators of the Portuguese-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and also  of the Lisbon District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.
