Oleksandr Frolov is a Partner and the Head of the Dispute Resolution service line in the Kyiv office of Kinstellar.

Oleksandr is an experienced attorney-at-law with over 15 years of expertise in advising multinational corporations, governments – particularly the State of Ukraine – state-owned enterprises, their management and supervisory boards, and various government institutions. Oleksandr specialises in a wide range of complex issues across various industry sectors, including banking, international trade and foreign direct investment, oil and gas, and privatization. As part of a broader commercial practice, he provides expert counsel on matters related to commercial law, including military and defence, technology, cryptocurrency, fintech, insurance, and reinsurance. Oleksandr also advises on sanctions-related matters, white-collar crime and fraud issues, including money laundering and bribery, as well as cases involving harm or damages.
