Koray Söğüt is a Partner and the head of the local Dispute Resolution service line.

With more than 20 years of experience, he has built an extensive track record of representing both domestic and international clients in complex and high-value disputes. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of litigation issues, with particular focus on international commercial law, competition litigation, corporate law, real estate, and white-collar crime cases.

Over the course of his career, Koray has advised and represented clients in some of the most sensitive and precedent-setting cases before Turkish courts. He has successfully led strategies to obtain urgent injunctions, protect commercial interests, and secure interim measures in highly contentious proceedings. His practice also extends to the investigations and compliance, law of obligations, agricultural law, maritime law, distributorship and agency disputes, unfair competition cases, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, intellectual property litigation, insurance disputes, and administrative law matters.

Koray’s clients includes governments, state institutions, and a wide range of local and multinational companies operating in diverse industries, including FMCG, private equity, banking and finance, investment, construction, energy, and manufacturing. He is known for his ability to manage disputes with a combination of legal precision and commercial pragmatism, ensuring that litigation strategies are closely aligned with the broader business objectives of his clients. He regularly appears before all levels of Turkish courts, including the Court of Cassation, and has established a reputation for delivering clear, decisive, and business-minded results in highly challenging and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
