Managing Associate

Mina Srećković is a Managing Associate and the Head of the Banking & Finance service line in the Belgrade office. With more than twelve years of experience, her expertise is divided between Banking & Finance and M&A, Corporate and Private Equity service lines.

Mina’s specialization in banking & finance law has afforded a unique insight into the intricacies of the financial sector from both a transactional and regulatory perspective, spanning across fintech, insurance and banking and finance issues, with a specific focus on regulatory compliance and licensing of institutions operating in the banking and financial sector in Serbia, public debt financing, foreign exchange regulations and cross border transactions, project and acquisition finance, non-performing loans, equity and debt securities transactions.

Mina has a deep understanding of public-private partnerships (PPPs), public debt financing, foreign exchange (FX) regulations, and cross-border transactions. She has been involved in almost all major PPP projects to date in Serbia.
