Radim Kotrba is a Counsel in the Prague office, the head of the local Dispute Resolution service line and the Co-head of the firm-wide Dispute Resolution service line.

Radim has significant trial experience across a broad spectrum of areas and industries with a particular emphasis on complex litigation and arbitration. His expertise spans, inter alia, high-stakes commercial disputes, damage recovery, trademark litigation, and sophisticated debt enforcement strategies in various sectors including automotive & industrials, TMT, financial institutions and others.

Radim’s proficiency extends to both domestic and international arbitration. He is also well-versed in advising creditors, debtors, and insolvency trustees on intricate insolvency matters, corporate restructurings, and the formulation of bankruptcy strategies. His practice also encompasses a wide array of administrative and regulatory proceedings.
