Sandra Seldte is a Counsel in the Vienna office and a member of the Real Estate, Construction & Planning service line.

Sandra specialises in real estate transactions and advises clients on the purchase and sale as well as on the lease of commercial and residential real estate. She is experienced in advising clients on project developments (including forward funding/forward purchase deals). She has gained extensive experience in providing legal support for urban development projects and regularly advises on residential, logistics and data centre projects.
