Kay Evans is a Partner in our Real Estate team.
Kay has more than 20 years’ experience acting for clients in Strategic Development and regeneration of inner-city and greenfield sites including major infrastructure projects.
Kay specialises in Land Acquisition and Disposals, Option and Promotion Agreements, Development, Collaboration Agreements and Estate Development, and has extensive experience dealing with complex Planning and Infrastructure Agreements. She is friendly and approachable and is always commercially minded when acting for her clients.
She acts for Land Promoters, Landed Estates, Housebuilders, Registered Providers and Landowners, bringing her professional expertise and real-world commercial experience to achieve the best legal and commercial results for clients.
