Joss is a Partner in the Corporate team.

Joss acts for a diverse client base which includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, start-ups, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals and spans multiple sectors including finance, technology, energy, real estate, healthcare, and manufacturing. He advises clients on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

•  Mergers and acquisitions;

• Corporate governance;

• Joint ventures;

• Private equity transactions;

• Capital markets (IPOs, secondary offers);

• Corporate restructuring;

• Securities offerings; and

• General corporate and regulatory matters.

Joss qualified in 1999 and has worked in firms across London’s West End, Mayfair and the City.
