Joseph is the Senior Partner at Hamlins and a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Department.

He is widely regarded as an expert in Real Estate having acted as a specialist Commercial Real Estate lawyer for more than 30 years.

Joe's clients include Funds, Institutional Investors and substantial Family Offices. He has experience in acting across the entire range of commercial Real Estate transactions including industrial and logistics sites, development sites, PD conversions, nationally-known shopping centres and trophy office blocks. He has developed a strong residential investment practice dealing with sales and acquisitions of residential blocks, and advising on landlord and tenant transactions and management. His experience is across the length and breadth of the UK, ranging from trophy buildings to tertiary sites. He has led teams on a large number of portfolios dealing with lease management work.
