Steph is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate team.

She specialises in both real estate transactions and non-contentious construction transactions.

Steph works on a variety of real estate commercial transactions including negotiating leases for occupiers in the retail and leisure sector and acting for developers and investors on acquisitions and disposals.

Within non-contentious construction, Steph drafts and negotiates appointments and building contracts for developers as well as acting for lenders, occupiers and purchasers in construction matters.
