Employment lawyer and Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona, with over ten years of experience advising national and international clients in employment law, Carlos Pareja specialises in collective bargaining, restructurings, and representing companies in court proceedings, Labour Inspectorate actions, arbitration, and mediation in relation to all types of disputes.

Prior to joining Augusta Abogados, he worked for prestigious law firms as well as multinational companies, with a particular focus on several key sectors in Spain.

Awarded Young Talent in Employment Relations by the Spanish Association of Labour Relations in 2022, he is actively involved in supporting the firm’s international clients through the international law firm network Innangard Global.
