Litigation and Arbitration Partner, he has more than twenty years of experience in resolving conflicts arising in commercial relationships, disputes related to the business world and in complex banking contracts. His specialty covers both pre-litigation advice to try to avoid litigation in defense of Clients, as well as judicial procedures before civil and commercial jurisdiction.

In parallel, he has developed and consolidated a solid arbitration practice, acting both as an arbitrator appointed by different arbitration institutions in our country, and representing clients in national and international arbitration.

Moreover, Luis Cordón combines his professional activity with teaching, as an associate professor of procedural law at the ISDE and a regular speaker at courses, seminars and conferences related to procedural law and arbitration. He also contributes to the economic press in our country with opinion articles on his specialty.

Speaker at the International Breakfasts organized by the General Council of Spanish Lawyers (CGAE) under the titles: “ICEX-CGAE Internationalization Seminar” and “The Spanish Legal Profession in the United States: Possibilities for Expansion of the Spanish Legal Profession in the American Market and its Nexus with Latin America”. Speaker at the Spain-Americas Arbitration Forum (Miami) organized by ICEX and the General Council of Spanish Lawyers. Organized and participated as a speaker alongside several prestigious international arbitrators in the conference entitled: “Arbitration in the Principality of Andorra: An Undeniable Opportunity”. Organized and participated as a speaker at the ICCYAF event “International Arbitration Sport: Don’t Hate the Player, Hate the Game!”. Organized and participated as a speaker at the Esade breakfast under the title: “The Rise of Arbitration: An Open Dialogue Among Its Protagonists”. Attended and participated in congresses, seminars, and conferences in the national and international arbitration circuit: Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, the Spanish Arbitration Club, Chamber of Commerce of the Principality of Andorra, ICC Miami Conference on International Arbitration, IBA Arbitration Day, and SCC arbitration conferences, among others.
