Regularly advises on labour relations, individual and collective dismissals (including senior management), implementation of restructuring plans and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, non-compete commitments, variable compensation plans, stock options and codes of ethics. Lawyer with extensive experience in litigation disputes, specialising in air and land transport. His ability to understand clients’ needs is highly valued.
