Herman is a partner and head of the Litigation & Commercial Contracting practice group. He specialises in corporate and commercial litigation. Additionally, he assists national and international companies on commercial contracting issues.

Dutch and English

Member of the Amsterdam Bar and the IBA (International Bar Association). Herman is also a member of the Corporate Litigation Association, the Association for Distribution, Franchise and Agency Law, the Dutch Arbitration Association and the Netherlands–India Chamber of Commerce and Trade (NICCT).

Herman graduated in Dutch Law at the University of Tilburg and subsequently studied at the University of Minnesota Law School (LL.M.).
