Morten Krogsgaard
Morten heads the Corporate Finance practice and is a member of the Firm’s board of directors.
Morten specialises and has more than 25 years experience in domestic, cross-border and international finance. He advises Danish and internatioal lenders and borrowers on large finance transactions on inter alia, investment grade lending, acquistion financing, project financing, asset financing, debt capital markets, structured financing and regulatory capital.
