Andreas Mastroperros joined Your Legal Partners in November 2024.

He specializes in public procurement, project finance, energy, and real estate. He has extensive experience in legal due diligence and contract negotiation in energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with performance and service standards. Andreas also advises on all areas of corporate and contract law, including share purchase and shareholders’ agreements. He regularly advises clients on RES licensing, addressing regulatory, environmental, and energy market issues to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate project development and operation.

He also has broad experience in supporting public authorities on public tenders, including the preparation of tender documents, evaluation procedures, and compliance with Greek and EU procurement regulations.
