Partner Søren Wolder is specialised in intellectual property rights.

He gives legal advice to clients regarding trademarks, designs, patents and the Marketing Practice Act (unfair competition). His primary focus is strategical IP, litigation and prosecution in matters especially related to trademarks and brand management.

He has extensive experience with litigation in preliminary injunction proceedings, preservation of evidence proceedings and in main proceedings.

Søren is often involved in cross-border matters both related to infringement matters and prosecutions.
