Position
René Frisdahl Jensen is specialised within energy and supply law and has more than 17 years’ experience within the area. He has in-depth knowledge of the regulations within electricity supply, supply of natural gas and heat, remote cooling, waste management and the water sector. He has wide experience in revenue and price adjustment of energy and supply utilities and company conversion and restructuring. He further advises on the establishment of wind parks, solar energy plants and biogas systems.
René conducts cases before the courts and complaint boards within energy and supply and further advises on EU law and international legal relations in the energy and supply sector. René has previously been employed as a commercial and energy counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union in Brussels and as a special consultant at the Danish Energy Agency.
