Søren Hornbæk Svendsen has more than 15 years’ experience working as an adviser to companies in the Energy Sector. Søren has special expertise assisting on the sale and purchase of companies, wind farms, oil and gas licences and other assets in the energy sector. Søren also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting energy sector contracts and handling regulatory matters in the energy sector.
Søren has experience from and understands the challenges of both sides of the table – from his more than 15 years with law firms and almost 10 years as General Counsel of DONG Energy and as Corporate Counsel with the industrial conglomerate FLSmidth.
