Christian Tullberg is specialised in general commercial law and energy law advising companies within and outside the energy business. As regards energy law, Christian has special expertise within contracts, transactions and regulatory affairs in the oil and gas industry. He further advises on contracts and transactions within renewable energy. From his previous employment as an attorney with A.P. Møller-Mærsk A/S, he has wide experience in international legal matters and transactions.

Horten‘s energy department is regularly involved in large-scale transactions relating to wind power, solar and biogas projects. It has a strong foothold within the Danish utilities sector, advising several major clients as well as growing its work for co-operatively held and other consumer-owned water and district heating utilities.
