Position

Lars Gregersen advises on contracts and conducts legal and arbitration proceedings especially within matters pertaining to construction law and tort law. Over the years, Lars has conducted numerous large arbitration proceedings for both consultants, contractors and owners. Lars is a very experienced advocate in all forums. He also has wide experience advising and conducting litigation on behalf of public authorities on the above issues.
Lars is an experienced lecturer at JUC and Byens Ejendom, and he holds a number of courses each year concerning issues pertaining to construction and insurance law. In addition, Lars was previously an external lecturer at the Aarhus School of Business/the University of Aarhus, and he is the author of “Guarantees within construction law”, 2013.
