Senior Associate

Galymzhan is a Senior Associate at Fichte & Co, admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales and licensed to practice in Kazakhstan. He holds an LL.M. from the Australian National University and advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, private clients, and founder-led businesses on complex cross-border corporate and commercial matters.

Drawing on experience across both common law and civil law systems, Galymzhan advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financing transactions, corporate governance, regulatory matters, due diligence, and commercial contracting.

His work spans the UAE, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, and other international jurisdictions, with a focus on supporting clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and legal due diligence to negotiation, execution, and post-completion implementation.
