Nishaan is an Associate in the Shipping Disputes team at Fichte & Co. Before joining Fichte & Co, Nishaan practiced as junior counsel in the chambers of a leading Senior Counsel in India, where he focused on commercial, maritime, and arbitration matters.
He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University and a B.L.S., LL.B. from the University of Mumbai.
