Giacomo Ficai provides tax  assistance to domestic and foreign corporate groups, financial intermediaries and private clients. His areas of expertise include M&A and reorganisation transaction, international taxation; transfer pricing; patent box; financial taxation; assistance in pre-litigation procedures and tax litigation.

He joined Facchini Rossi Michelutti in 2008. Previously, he worked for two years at a leading Italian tax law firm.

He is admitted to the Italian Bar.

Giacomo Ficai graduated in Law at the Bocconi University of Milan where he also obtained a Master in Corporate tax law in 2005.

In 2007 he attended the Tax Litigation School organized by Ipsoa and directed by Prof. Cesare Glendi.
