Maddalena joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in 2019, after gaining experience for two years in employment and labour law with another leading firm specialising in these areas, where she still concentrates her practice.

Barrister since 2019. She also collaborated with ADAPT – Association for International and Comparative Studies on Labour Law and Industrial Relations, drafting bulletins and performing research activities.

Università degli Studi di Milano (J.D. awarded with First Class Honours in 2015). The thesis she wrote for her J.D. focused on “The discipline of fixed-term employment contracts in the light of the latest legislative interventions”. She also obtained a PhD in Labour Law in 2018 at the University of Bergamo with a thesis entitled “The portability of social security protection: the case of researchers”.
