Marco joined Studio Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in December 2015, after a training period in a leading law firm in Bologna, focusing on labour law. He mainly engages with employment and labour law, as well as social security matters, providing extra-judicial and judicial assistance to clients. He is also expert in the field of data protection, specially as far as it is related with employment relationship management. Publications: Marco writes regularly in various journals on issues related to labor law, privacy and new technologies.

Graduated from the University of Bologna in July 2014, with a thesis on “dismissal for poor performance”, he perfected his knowledge of labour law thanks to the Master’s Degree in Labour Law and Industrial Relations he accomplished in May 2016 at the University of Milan.
