Trainee Associate

Faye Karam is a Trainee Associate in our Kuwait office, having joined the firm in October 2025. She focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, and government projects. Faye also advises clients on general corporate and business matters, such as agency and distributorship arrangements. She has supported clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. Faye works fluently in both English and Arabic.
