Dr. Selim Keki is an expert transactional lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in handling complex cross-border transactions in a variety of sectors, including energy, automotive, construction, FMCG and pharmaceuticals. He advises a wide range of clients from strategic investors to private equity houses and individual investors. He also has significant experience in anti-bribery and other compliance-related matters. Dr. Keki combines his extensive practical experience with a strong academic background. His JD thesis, entitled “Deutsches und türkisches Konzernrecht in der rechtsvergleichenden Betrachtung”, compares the provisions applying to group companies in Germany to those in Turkey. He is a co-author of the 4th edition of the highly reputable “Handbuch Vertragsverhandlung und Vertragsmanagement” published by the Dr. Otto Schmidt publishing house in 2014. He teaches at post-graduate programs and regularly publishes articles on important legal developments and contributes to books.
