Real Estate & Construction

As a member of the Real Estate and Construction team, I advise clients on design, construction contracting, real estate development, and leasing matters. 

Real estate development. I provide legal services at all stages of real estate development – from land acquisition to the management, leasing or sale of the real estate. My comprehensive experience allows for a broader assessment of the legal issues being addressed, and forestalls risks that could otherwise arise in later stages of development.

Business-minded. I have many years of experience working as a lawyer for a group of companies and serving as head of legal. My participation in daily business processes has contributed to a broader understanding of how businesses work and my ability to find legal solutions that create value for businesses.

Construction contracting. I supervise the legal side of construction projects involving commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Moreover, I prepare design, contract and construction management agreements. In negotiations with construction stakeholders, I have always striven to balance rights and obligations, as this helps to ensure a smooth construction process and to avoid legal disputes later on.
