I am a partner and sworn attorney with the Corporate and M&A practice group, as well as the head of firm's Estate and Construction practice group in the Baltics. My experience in the field of law has been appreciated by Latvian and foreign clients for several decades. I have worked at several leading international law firms in Latvia, as well as heading the Legal Department of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre. Gained knowledge of real estate transactions through hands-on experience. In the field of real estate, I am known for my extensive knowledge and experience, covering property sales and purchases, development and construction, leasing and other issues. My economically sound and clear advice, as well as my negotiation skills, are also highly appreciated. Long experience of M&A and corporate law in Latvia and the Baltics. During my career, I have advised clients on numerous high-profile acquisitions and mergers, as well as real estate sales and other transactions in the Baltic States, and have been involved in several working groups on the development of regulatory acts.
