Denis Tšasovskih is a litigation lawyer specialising in complex criminal disputes, bringing 15 years of hands‑on public sector experience to work at Sorainen. A background as a prosecutor and investigative officer enables Denis to handle sensitive cases with precision, discretion and clear purpose.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Before becoming a member of the Estonian Bar Association, Denis managed complex criminal investigations across a wide range of offences, including tax, competition, narcotics, public order, offences against public peace and property‑related crimes. In doing so, Denis ensured procedural clarity and a strategic approach to case handling.

Denis has extensive experience in analysing criminal case materials, gained through work as an investigative officer at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and as a prosecutor. This has given Denis a strong understanding of how criminal cases are structured and of their legal and evidentiary assessment.
