Senior Associate

Meree Punab is a member of Sorainen’s Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team. Meree has extensive knowledge of media law and has represented both media outlets and private individuals in disputes involving the correction of false information and claims for non‑pecuniary damages arising from defamation.

Meree advises clients on day‑to‑day corporate governance and general contract law matters. They also have experience in company formation, mergers, divisions and liquidation, and have participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
