Senior Associate, co-head of the Private Clients sector group at Sorainen Estonia

Hanna Esko is a senior associate in the Tax team in Estonia, focusing primarily on direct taxation. Hanna’s academic background provides a strong understanding of the international aspects of tax law, including corporate tax, transfer pricing, employment tax, social security conflicts and VAT. Hanna also co‑heads the firm’s Private Clients sector group in Estonia.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲. Hanna’s previous experience includes working for an international advisory group in Luxembourg as a senior tax consultant for clients active in the banking and funds industry, with a particular focus on investment funds, withholding tax reclaims and Pillar 2. Prior to that, Hanna practised as an attorney in the Estonian office of an international law firm and was recognised as a Rising Star in general corporate tax matters by the International Tax Review.
