Senior Associate

As a senior associate with the firm’s Corporate and M&A and Employment practice, Kristi Aer mainly assists senior colleagues with drafting and reviewing the clients’ documents. She provides our clients with tailored and exact solutions to mitigate the issues they may have and helps them fulfill their vision by providing solutions that could be implemented easily and effectively.

𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄-𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲. Being passionate about the field of law in general, she has taken every opportunity to learn more about it. While her main focus is on Corporate and M&A matters, she has also done research in the law of the sea as well as enhanced her skill-set by learning from experienced lawyers focused on dispute resolution.

𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. She is always looking to grow and develop her skills in order to better support our clients. She is a graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy and has also interned at the Tallinn Court of Appeals. To further expand her horizons she also completed a LLM with a focus on Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Colorado Boulder.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝘁. In the past, she has been engaged in the field of IT. This has allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the ways modern technology works, and how to keep herself up to date with the pace we adopt new technologies.
