𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹. In addition to filing numerous merger notifications with the Estonian Competition Authority, Piibe has ‒ uniquely among Estonian lawyers ‒ also filed a merger notification with the European Commission.
