Senior Associate

As an associate with the firm’s Competition & Regulatory practice group, Oliver deals with a range of matters including telecommunications, media, and intellectual property.

𝗔 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀. As a member of the commercial and regulatory practice group, he deals with a wide range of matters spanning regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data protection, and commercial contracts, amongst others. He is most interested in novel disruptive technologies and helps make sure new technological products and services conform to the legal environment.

𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀. He has been involved in interdisciplinary projects such as the film and media law summer school at the University of Łódź and is continuously trying to deepen my knowledge of technology, media, and entertainment matters. Understanding business and the technologies behind products and services gives him a better grasp of the business itself and helps him offer actionable advice on complicated legal matters clearly and concisely.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱. He takes a special interest in intellectual property law, having researched the use of trademarks in audiovisual works and the exercise of copyright in the context of disruptive audiovisual content distribution technologies during his bachelor’s and master’s studies.
