Senior Associate

As a senior associate in the Finance and Insurance team, Kamilla Alma focuses on capital market transactions, legal analyses concerning payment services as well as applications for licenses.

𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲𝘀. Having worked at a notary’s office, she has a good knowledge of contract law. Applying the skills and know-how gained, she assists clients in drafting documents that comply with all the relevant regulations.

𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿. One of her main focus areas is helping finance sector companies become compliant with various laws and regulations.
