Senior Associate

Andra is an associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction practice, primarily focusing on real estate and construction law. She also has experience in company law and diverse disputes.

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠&𝗔 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. She has assisted associates in diverse complex cases involving cross-border and local real estate and M&A transactions.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀. Besides drafting general contracts, Andra has prepared many tailor-made agreements in the field of real estate and company law.

𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Besides work, she is an active member of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA). She has participated in many workshop programmes for law students, including graduating from the Sorainen Student Academy in 2018 and another recognised international law firm’s study programme before that.
