Senior Associate

Kirsi Johanna Koistinen is a member of the firm’s Competition & Regulatory practice. She helps clients with various trade, advertising and consumer protection issues. Kirsi also advises clients in data protection and technology, media and telecommunication matters.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Kirsi has long-term experience with Finnish clients, who she also advises on various matters in Sorainen. Previously, Kirsi worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized company, providing legal advice on diverse commercial issues to mostly Finnish clients.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀. Kirsi studied international commercial law in the Netherlands and is highly interested in legal aspects of international trade and intellectual property. During studies Kirsi represented her university in the International Chamber of Commerce / Commercial Mediation Competition in order to develop her skills as a negotiator.

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. Kirsi Johanna Koistinen previously interned at the Estonian Public Prosecutor’s Office and with Sorainen and she is also a Graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy of 2018/2019.
