With a focus on advising clients in the fields of Intellectual Property and Life Sciences & Healthcare, her everyday work includes assignments in regard to trademarks, domain and business names, utility models, patents, industrial designs, geographical indications and copyrights, as well as pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Dealing additionally with commercial contracts gives her a clear advantage in drafting related agreements.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀. Olivia Kranich manage the trademark portfolios of many well-known local and international clients. This includes taking care of registration, renewals, licensing and assignment.

𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀. Olivia assist clients in domain name registration and disputes. For example, Carri Ginter and she represented the Estonian president in a dispute over retrieving a domain comprising her full name.

𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. She is dedicated to ensuring proper copyright regulations in employment, services, licensing and assignment agreements.
