Riccardo Marletta is a Partner at BLV – Belvedere & Partners. He advises leading real estate companies, investment funds, municipal and regional authorities, healthcare authorities, state-owned entities and other public and private clients on administrative law and real estate matters, both in contentious and non-contentious proceedings.
His administrative law practice focuses in particular on land use and territorial governance, public procurement, and emerging real estate asset classes — notably logistics and data centres. He also advises on real estate contracts, primarily in the context of land transformation transactions.
He has appeared before the Chamber of Deputies' Commission VIII on several occasions, representing Compagnia delle Opere in parliamentary hearings on public procurement reform and urban regeneration legislation.
He trained at the chambers of Professor Valerio Onida, Emeritus President of the Italian Constitutional Court, where he subsequently practised as a lawyer until Professor Onida's appointment as a Constitutional Court Justice.
He is a regular contributor to specialist publications and a frequent speaker at conferences, courses and seminars on administrative and real estate law, including in academic settings.
